MACS SHIPPING POLICY
MACS fabrics delivers free of charge using Australia Post Parcel Post within Australia. If you are in a hurry to wear your MACS purchase please select the Australia Post Express Post option at checkout for a flat rate of $11.00 per order.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm on Monday – Thursday will be shipped on the same day. Please note that orders placed after 1:00pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped first thing the following business day.
To ensure that you don’t miss your MACS fabrics delivery, we recommend providing either your business address or an address where you will be between 9am and 5pm to receive it.
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email, which will include a tracking number for your package so that you can keep track of your MACS loot.
MACS RETURN POLICY
We hope that you enjoy your MACS purchase. All items are thoroughly inspected by our team prior to sending, to ensure a high level of quality is maintained. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky and are happy to honour exchanges (if stock is available), or a credit note, which is valid for 12 months. Please choose carefully as MACS Fabrics is unable to provide refunds unless an item is faulty. Please note in order to obtain an exchange or credit note, the item/s must:
- Be returned unworn and unmarked
- Be returned with the original swing tags attached
- Be returned in the same condition that they were received.
Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.

Once the return request has been processed a return form will be emailed to you. Please note the return form must be included with the item/s being returned.

Shipping costs of returned item
MACS will refund the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or faulty items only. All other shipping costs associated with an exchange and/ or return for a credit note is the responsibility of the customer.
